Privacy policy

This site belongs to Pinto DevOps, the web design and development studio of Matthew Pinto, based in New Jersey. The short version: this site was built to collect as close to nothing as possible.
What this site does not do
- No cookies are set.
- No analytics or tracking scripts run.
- No advertising or social-media pixels load.
- No account creation, and no database stores your information.
Information you choose to send
The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to a server. When you press "Send project brief," it opens your own email application with a pre-written message — nothing is sent or stored unless you choose to send that email yourself. Any information you include (name, business, email, phone, project details) arrives as ordinary email and is used solely to respond to you, scope your project, and conduct normal business correspondence. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
- Hosting. Like nearly all websites, the hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations, governed by that provider's own policy.
- Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. Google states that these requests are not used for advertising and are not tied to your Google account. See Google's privacy policy.
- External links. Links to outside sites (for example, LinkedIn or Gmail) are governed by those services' own privacy policies once you leave this site.
How long correspondence is kept
Emails you send are retained as ordinary business records. You may request a copy of, a correction to, or the deletion of your correspondence at any time by emailing pintodevops@gmail.com.
Children
This site offers business services and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If the site ever adds tools that change what is collected (for example, analytics or a form service), this policy will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
